WHAT TO EXPECT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT
If you are a first time client at the CBH, our administrative assistant will be your primary point of contact prior to you coming in for your appointment. She will mail or email you forms to complete electronically, to bring in, or you may arrive approximately 30 minutes early to your appointment to complete the information needed. Please be aware that we must have completed paperwork on file prior to your appointment beginning. We want to ensure we thoroughly share about our services and policies through our paperwork, be able to answer any questions you may have about us, and ensure you are able to begin your services at the time scheduled with your clinician.

Fees, collected at the time of service, are determined by annual income and family size and pre arranged with the front desk staff prior to your appointment. Proof of income may be required to qualify for reduced fees. Check, cash, or credit card payment will be accepted.
