Do you take insurance?
No, we do not take insurance. Fees are on a sliding scale fee for both counseling and assessment. You can call the front desk and our administrative staff can assist you with establishing costs.
What counseling services do you offer?
We offer individual counseling for a wide range of concerns. A sample of concerns we address include:
- Depression and mood related issues
- Anxiety
- Concentration Issues
- Coping with trauma
- Stress
- Grief
- Life Transitions
- and more!
We currently do not offer couples counseling or group therapy.
What assessment services do you offer?
We offer assessments for a wide range of concerns, such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning concerns, emotional concerns, and other mental health disorders. We currently do not offer assessments for court mandated assessments or parenting evaluations. Do you test for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?
Yes, we are able to test for autism for an additional flat fee.
How do I get started?
To get started, either give us a call, email us, or fill out the appointment inquiry form on the home page. One of our front office staff will get in touch with you to discuss your concerns further.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, we offer virtual counseling sessions through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. You must be residing in Kentucky to attend session virtually. Assessment batteries cannot be administered virtually.
Are the services confidential?
Psychological services, medical records, and any digital recordings are kept confidential. Your clinician will review confidentiality with you at your first meeting. All services and records are delivered and maintained according to the highest professional ethics and in compliance with Kentucky state laws and regulations.
Do you prescribe medication?
No, we do not prescribe medication.
